Return / Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with all your purchases.
When you need to return a product, please review our policies regarding
product returns and exchanges.
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or
to exchange merchandise.
There is a 10% handling and restocking fee on all returned merchandise,
which is deducted from the refund amount.
Items must be returned in their original condition and in original
packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories.
Please use the original packaging that the order arrived to ship the merchandise back.
For health and safety reasons, certain items that are returned opened,
such as bandages, will not be eligible for a refund or return.
All return shipping costs are paid by the
customer. For international returns, the customer is responsible for any
brokerage fees that may apply.
Refunds are credited in the manner in which the original purchase was
paid for. If the purchase was made with a credit card, the refund will
be reimbursed to that credit card.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted only from the original purchaser.
